Psychedelic & Plant Medicine Integration
Integration as embodiment
Psychedelic and plant medicine experiences can open profound inner landscapes—visions, memories, emotional truths, ancestral material, and encounters with the numinous. Yet the experience itself is only the beginning. Without integration, these openings can remain fragmented, overwhelming, or disconnected from daily life.
These sessions are offered as a grounded, reflective, and embodied container for men and fathers who wish to make meaning of their experiences and translate insight into lived transformation.
who is this work for
This work is for men and fathers who:
Have had psychedelic or plant medicine experiences
Feel confused, destabilized, or overwhelmed afterward
Sense something meaningful emerged but remains unfinished
Want to integrate insight into relationships, creativity, vocation, or fatherhood
Are seeking depth and embodiment rather than spiritual bypassing
This work is particularly supportive for men navigating identity shifts, initiation, grief, or major life transitions.
My Approach to Integration
Integration is not about interpreting visions literally or forcing meaning too quickly. It is about listening, dialoguing, and allowing meaning to unfold over time.
My approach weaves together:
Depth psychology and symbolic reflection
Active imagination and inner dialogue
Sound and music for grounding and emotional integration
Ritual framing to honor experience without romanticizing it
Trauma-informed presence and nervous system awareness
Ancestral and mythic perspectives, especially from Andean and Amazonian cosmologies
I do not position myself as a guru or interpreter of your experience. I walk alongside you as a witness, guide, and reflective mirror, supporting your own relationship with what emerged.
What We May Explore
Each integration process is unique. Sessions may include:
Processing visions, symbols, or encounters
Working with difficult emotions, fear, or confusion
Exploring shadow material activated by the experience
Ancestral and intergenerational themes
Translating insight into grounded daily practices
Using sound, breath, or reflective exercises for embodiment
This work is about learning how to live in dialogue with the experience.
Important Boundaries
I do not provide psychedelic substances
I do not encourage illegal activity
These sessions are non-clinical and do not replace medical or psychiatric care
This work focuses on integration, meaning, and embodiment.
About Me
With over 20 years of experience working with plant medicine, shamanic rituals, and guiding many people, I’ve learned how insight, shadow, and transformation can deeply shape life. I now help men and fathers integrate these experiences with clarity, presence, and heart, turning what emerges in ceremony or vision into lived transformation in daily life, relationships, and fatherhood.
1:1 Consultation
I do not use automated scheduling because this work is relational and initiatory. It requires presence, discernment, and alignment, not just a calendar slot.
Every engagement begins with intentional dialogue. I want to meet you where you are, understand your journey, and ensure this container is the right fit. Automated bookings cannot create this space of reflection and resonance.
All 1:1 sessions are arranged personally via email or contact form, so our work starts with intention, clarity, and mutual commitment, even before the first session.
Introductory Alignment Call — 15 Minutes
Purpose: A brief discernment conversation to see if working together is the right fit.
